About Kevin

 

 

Kevin was exposed to the real estate industry from a young age, he grew up in California amongst a family of agents, commercial investors, and property managers. This personal experience allowed him to hit the ground running as he started his career.

 

In early 2012, Kevin began his career in the world of residential and commercial appraisals. Naturally, this experience provided a valuable foundation as he transitioned to a career as an agent. As an appraiser, he quickly learned how to analyze and evaluate real property. For Kevin, being able to provide an accurate market value is a critical tool for his clients. Within a short year Kevin was a licensed real estate agent - selling, investing, and appraising property in California. By fully immersing himself in the industry, Kevin quickly realized his true passion was servicing buyers and sellers to the best of his ability. Kevin's driving principle is to build relationships that last far beyond the real estate transaction.

 

Since then, Kevin has relocated to Denver to enjoy the great outdoors and thriving culture.  Throughout his career Kevin has demonstrated the importance of honesty, integrity and ethics in his business. He brings those same principles with him to his operations in the Denver Metro market. Today, Kevin holds both a Colorado Broker's License and a California Real Estate License. As a constant student of the industry, Kevin has found that his diverse experience in the real estate field has helped him achieve success for his clients in this competitive market.

 

When Kevin is not working, he spends his time in the great outdoors. He can often be found snowboarding in the mountains or riding his bike through the front range. He is active in the Triathlon community and participates in Ironman events annually. Whether it’s the adventures in the outdoors, or his involvement in the real estate industry, Kevin feels as though he is right at home here in Denver.
